We came as tourists to Canada and we wanted a taste of Persian cuisine and it was amazing not like anything I’ve tasted ever before, the staff was incredibly friendly and the service is quick and I wanted to praise it. Thank you so much!

I’ll preface this review by saying that I personally only had the Baklava(which was just fantastic) but going by the words of my friend(a hard to impress friend) who tried the Vegetarian Wrap, I can easily say this is a fine outlet to satisfy your ‘Middle Eastern Food’ cravings. She absolutely loved the falafels.The service brings an additional joy to your meal as they mentioned they prepare everything fresh from scratch. The extra wait is surely worth it. (They offered us extra Baklavas too which is certainly heart warming to see! Thank you)The ambience is pleasant and the place is extremely well kept!I’ll surely be visiting again very soon to try their kebabs to satisfy my own taste buds! But till then can highly recommend!

I recently tried Shandiz Kebab Restaurant during my visit in Halifax, and it was fantastic experience l. The kebabs were delicious, cooked to perfection, and as tender as a kebab can get. The portion size was generous considering the fair price you pay. The staff were very friendly and polite during the call. I will definitely re-visit this restaurant for dine-in upon my next visit.

My wife and I came here for dinner, and it was a fantastic experience! I got the mixed grill platter which was phenomenal and 2 pieces of baklava which were to die for! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to all lovers of Persian cuisine.

I had the Shandiz Chelow Mix Grill and was suggested by the cook to get Choopan as it goes well with the meat. I must say, he was spot on, the mint, salt, and light yogurt flavor complimented the meat very well. I’m grateful for the suggestion as well as I may not have ordered that instead of maybe a Coke.This was my first time trying Persian food, and I must say the flavours are subtle, but the quality, technique, and ingredients shine through the simplicity. The combination of getting a bite of the buttery mixed rice, as well as the juicy grilled tomato, with the beef and chicken was just divine.I strongly recommend to come here as the service is incredibly friendly and the food does not disappoint!

Shandiz is, like, this really cool restaurant that serves Persian food and it's like a total taste explosion! The moment you walk in, you're surrounded by this amazing atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in another world. The menu is packed with all these delicious dishes that you've probably never even heard of before, but trust me, they're totally worth trying. From the juicy kebabs to the aromatic rice dishes, every bite is a flavor adventure. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they even gave me some recommendations for what to order. If you're looking for a unique dining experience with lots of amazing flavors, Shandiz is the place to go!
